Just want to say thanks to you all. I’ve been lifting with the blue and grey books since 2009 on and off. Finally got my life to a point where it’s stable enough to dedicate real time. Built a gym at the house when the world went to shit (can’t figure out how to upload photos if anyone knows I will share). The nlp the app and all the unsolicited advice, especially regarding low t, over the years on the ss radio and the forum (new to the forum) is amazing and has been a guide on into my late 30s.

Thanks for sharing this information. I don’t know where I would be if I had never picked up the blue book but I bet I wouldn’t fit into a t shirt as well as I do now.
