These are amazing! I googled 90 and weightlifter in search of a huge old-guy deadlift, when I found this, far cooler video: Dmitry Klokov - Old Weightlifting style - One Arm Snatch 90 - YouTube
More motivation for you Carson. Conceive, Believe, Achieve.

I thought 450lbs seemed too attainable, so I hunted around and found this:Watch a 71-year-old powerlifter set a world record | FOX Sports
He gets a prize for best body language too!
Amazing!
Ed Coan's 26 year old Deadlift record was broken by Yury Belkin yesterday (full meet). Yury was 1 year old when Ed pulled his 901 @ 220 (full meet)

Old School Powerlifting
I believe its really important to motivate yourself in everything that you do because it is you who's making your life at its best or at its worst. No matter how hard you try, just keep believing in yourself and there's more of you whom you really don't know you can surpass at times. For an instance in bodybuilding, it is not a mere sport or hobby where you just want to flaunt your body to anyone and expose your abs with a flickering smile on the face. There's more of it. You will be able to build confidence for yourself that you have achieved your desired body because of your perseverance and strict implementation of your diet and will also give you the knowledge and the importance of healthy lifestyle in a day-to-day basis.
