    Pretty impressive. I just wish people wouldn't use those huge rubber bumper plates (to possibly make it look like they are lifting more than they really are).

    even if rubber . . . rubber out to the end of the bar would be 405 or more.

    bar should be bouncing more with that tempo . . . esp with rubber (mass out towards ends)

    prob fake plates

    or maybe not

    could be a stiff bar i guess
