    Yes, strong pull. Do you train sumo DL exclusively, or do you train conventional DL also?

    Thanks Bert. I train all of the Deadlift variations, usually a different one every week. I believe constantly rotating them helps prevent injuries and staleness.
    Right now I'm working to get my Snatch Grip and Sumo on par with with my best all time Conventional.

    My 50 year old wife pulled double body weight for a triple! She's only 100 pounds though...

    Thanks Shug and Oldster. She's pretty proud of that considering where she started. Now she's going for two wheels!

    When I worked in a high school weight room, it was fun to see the girls enthusiasm. Their favorite was pulling two wheels. We had one girl weighing about 105lbs who pulled 225 for 20 reps. She was a force at about 17 years old!
