Not huge weights, but they sure seem heavy to me!

    Squat: 170 x 5 x 3

    Deadlift: 220 x 5 x 1
    Nice

Imo, all PRs deserve respect -- and Happy Birthday, @sinker!

Hit a couple more milestones for me:

Squat: 5-410 (1 rep in the tank)
Bench: 8-275 (no reps left...max effort)
DL: PR 1-465 (maybe one more left here...went up strong)

I'm very happy about these. The DL is only an old dude PR but the reps are lifetime PRs (of a sort because rep PRs just aren't as cool in my head). I still have a ways to go to catch my 23 year old self, but on track to do it before I hit 50! Oh yeah, the injury whack-a-mole game has slowed down some since starting with Hanley. Dude knows his stuff.

I competed in the IPF Classic World Championships in Calgary yesterday. I placed 2nd (Silver) in the bench portion with a 160kg or 352.8lb press. Three of us tied at that weight, but I was the lightest at weigh in. I injured my hamstring prior to the event so only did token squat and deadlift attempts.

Hopefully the video is time stamped if not my 3rd attempt starts at 1:25.55. My head moved a little but I didn't get called for it. 3 white lights!

Funny, I read the first line and then glanced at the video, assuming it was you in the preview. I thought, holy **** 160kg press??? What a beastly girl!!! Then I realized...

Anyway, fantastic job man! I'm going to have to try a powerlifting meet myself...
