    Squat ~300x5x3
    Deadlift ~300x5
    Bench ~207x5x3
    Press ~114x5x3

Have been doing NLP since July. Getting towards the end. Currently not squatting due to hip injury. I actually have no idea what's realistically attainable in the next year of training if I stay relatively free of injury.

Last year I made zero progress.
For 2018, it would be nice to be injury-free. Or, at least, to get injured only after making some progress.
If I had to put a number on it, I would be glad, no, ecstatic, to get a 150Kg squat (PR is 143Kg, aka 315 pounds, back in Dec 2016) and a 70Kg Press (current is 66Kg, ditto).

    48yr, 6', 200#, been training since June 2009.

    Frustrating hobby, this one.

My goal is to show up for 90% of scheduled lifting sessions in 2018. I.e. no layoffs and restarts.

I succeeded at this for the first time in 2017 (96% show-up rate) and had my best lifting year ever. Want to keep on making slow progress and not injuring myself.
