    Default Accessory exercises for the older guy during NLP?

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    It occurs to me that yard work is an accessory exercise and as such is not advised during novice linear progression, especially for an older beginner. Can I get a note for Mrs Sinker?

    hee-hee.

    Nice try. Consider yard work LISS conditioning. Just walking around picking up fallen branches and raking leaves can put you at around 60% of MHR.

    starting strength coach development program
    I knew some vet would get that reference.

    In other news, I wore my heart rate monitor while doing some housework like the dishes and vacuuming. I got a good 40 minutes of LISS at around 110 bpm @ 70% of MHR, burning 250 calories.

    I am househusband hear me roar!
