    Good luck Mike! You might want to up your vitamin D3 levels to more like "winter levels" when you cut back on your cycling. I've found this has an impact on mood.

    I started the program at 56 and am 5'10 and 176lbs. When I started I weighed 155lbs. You might be able to gain weight faster than I have as I'm also working to keep my pre-diabetes in check through diet rather than drugs but I am still managing to very slowly gain the muscle mass.
