Hello old timers. It’s been at least a year sine I last posted. Haven’t forgotten you guys and still check on your progress once in a while, such as Carson, Hurling, Skillin, Culican, Meshuggah, plelly54, seti, Oldster, and a handful of others. For those that don’t know me, I’m 67 yrs. young, 5’7”, 165 lbs. male. I’m still training but on a minimal scale due to injuries and working part time driving truck and humping freight. Hard on old guys. I’m still making custom knives as time allows and hunting a shit ton during the seasons. After some setbacks I’m currently squatting 265 singles/245 for 5’s, deadlift 350 singles/325 for 5’s, pressing 150 singles/125 for 5’s. I’ve mostly scrapped bench except every other week nothing more than 200 lbs. just because. I’ve also scrapped all dips due to cranky shoulders, although I am at 3x10 body weight pull-ups/3x5 40 lb. weighted pull-ups. I’m not much inclined to post here anymore but wanted to touch base and say that this shit works. Keep at it.

Update: I’m not much inclined to post here anymore either.

Yeah, some less accomplished lifters like myself require constant supervision. LOL.

Whatever your feelings, I appreciate your posts.
