Thanks, training is going really well.
The only thing I really changed is diet. I haven't even gained weight but I've been eating a lot more protein. ~200g/day is a safe estimate.

almost at a x7bw total so that's cool. Also just hit a 380 wilks.
I won't be maxing out again for a while. It would be cool to do a meet sometime. Except I want to get paid to do a meet, not the other way around.

Just found this thread! I added my lifts and came to terms with the fact that I have done more regression than progression in recent months.
Currently ranked #119 on age adjusted, and #82 on press.

Added some singles from last week:
Squat: 360lb
Bench: 230lb
Deadlift: 395lb
Press: 152.5lb
BW: 216lb
SQ/PR are near-1RMs; BP and DL had some room.
