    My Titan T2 J hooks look significantly more stout. These aren't breaking...

    That being said... I don't like the J hooks for squats. My cranky old shoulders have my grip set pretty wide. Kept nailing my fingers on the J hook, so did this instead.

    3/4" grade 5 bolt, some fender washers, PVC to protect the knurling on the bar. A 1" bolt would have worked better, but this is what I had laying around.

    I've got bowflex adjustable dumbells that go up to 52.5 (had these for ~10 years and have always been happy with them), and added within the last year or so a pair of cap olympic handles that I leave 25's on most of the time
