Wise Words for New Lifters.
Here's some motivation -- watch this little girl do a set of 8 squats with >110 kg (242.5 lbs) on the bar.
She's a 3-time world champ in raw powerlifting, at about 52 kg body weight.

(She does not hold her breath when squatting or deadlifting; must have quite a strong spine.)
Oops - the above should be 130 kilos (I forgot to add the bar, itself) -- 286.6 lbs.
Deadlift Motivation
I make it a point to watch motivating videos before doing my workouts. That way, I don't slack off, or give up too easily. Just look at this one: YouTube
Last year, I was able to lose 2 kg in a week, but I sort of became too confident that now I'm back to my regular (and heavy) weight. Still working on how to get back on track. I'm decided to lose weight again, but I really need a more effective push
