Pretty good goals, but it will take a lot of dedication to get there. Squat and deadlift seem reasonable. May have to work harder for the presses.
Me:
Male, 43yrs old, 6’1, 255lbs.
Current #’s for worksets of 5 (8 weeks into NLP).
Squats 225lb (just reset a bit to fix form issue, feel like I’m back on track, 5lb jumps still).
Deadlift 245lb (corrected form issues, 245 felt good, will be doing 10lb jumps)
Bench 195lb, still doing 5lb jumps. Based on past history, I think I’ll need smaller jumps around 220/225.
Press 125, just started 2.5lb micro loading.
What are reasonable numbers I could expect in say 1 year or 2 years?
My goals (all for 5 rep work sets)
Squat 405lbs
Deadlift 500lbs
Bench 315lbs
Press 225lbs
I realize there are a ton of variables involved, just curious at what people would say is reasonable. I consider myself an ectomorph, I’ve always put on both fat and muscle somewhat easily.

No one can answer these type of questions. The numbers seem aggressive for 5rep work sets. For 1RM, it can probably be done.
I think a lot of people can answer, as I stated “what is reasonable”. They can answer based on what they were able to do and based on my current age, size, and numbers after 2 months of SS. now their answers maybe way off from what I am actually able to achieve in 1-2 years, but that’s ok. It’s just an educated guess. It’s for fun.
I think the numbers I put for my goals will 100% be achieved by me for 5 rep worksets. The only question will be when. I’ll post in this thread as I compete each of those goals.

Just do what I did and take a look at way too many novice and intermediate logs in the forums here. When I started 3 weeks ago, my goal was 225 press for 5 reps as well. Yeah that'd look so bad***. But after looking through a bunch of logs I'll be happy with 1RM press at that weight in 1-2 years. Rip basically promises a 500 lb deadlift in 2 years, so I think that's a pretty reasonable goal if your dedicated.
You ever plan on cutting weight or just keep growing? I'm 42, 6' and down 25# to ~230 and the gains have been hard to come by while losing weight. My LP was done when I started cutting.
Assuming average genetics, I think the goals are doable in 2 years with extremely hard work and luck (remaining injury free etc). Certainly the squat and DL goals are.
Where you end up on LP will tell you a lot about the timing on your goals. If your squat stalls out at 325 then I'd say two year mark is reasonable. If 365 then a year or less may be reasonable.
Your goals are real solid, I think. I'm 43, 6', 285 and your lower body numbers are pretty close to where mine were in that period. My upper took a lot longer to get too, but it's more a function of liking squatting/pulling more and having some problems with my left shoulder that intermittently screw up my training.
If you aren't getting to the numbers, it's most likely an issue related to recovery (which isn't what it was in the 20s and 30s), programming mistakes, lack of will, or T-issues. All of these are fixable, though, you just have to be diligent with logging and documenting what you're doing.
