    I need to pick up that book because that is gospel at 44. (It’s one of the reasons I stopped CrossFit, because it is the opposite, but I digress).
    Maybe it’s a hormonal thing?

    I'm currently making jumps at 2.5 lbs (1.25 lb plates each side) each and every press and have been for some time. A couple times I had to go down to 1 lb, but wasn't a big deal.
