Advice for training
Hi,
I'm new to the forum 24 years old, male, weight 62 kg or 136 lbs. I have problems with
shoulders and back.(stiffness, impingement, chronic pain, bad posture)
I never used weights before just bodyweight, running for the most part.
Maybe you could give me some advice for a good training to get stronger and healthier.
