    I consider 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings the King of Conditioning Exercises. They also strengthen the heck out of your Grip, "Core", Glutes, and Hamstrings.
    Proper Technique is a Must...

    I like them a lot also but feel they interfere with recovery moreso than rowing...which is why I recently invested in an erg. That said, I'm still happy to have them for variety.
