Starting Point
So new to the forum and the starting strength method.
I've been lifting for just shy of two years, but was doing programs I would right myself and then started 5/3/1. Felt like progress was slow and especially after reading about starting strength I want to give it a try. I'm not a total newbie so I'm not sure if I should start at the very beginning or skip to phase 2.
I'm 6'2" 195lbs. Squatting 245x5, DL 315x5, Bench 160x5, Pres for 100x5
What do y'all think? Is my volume too high for phase 1 of LP or nah?

Beginning. Get the book. Find your starting weights as described therein.
Eat.
