I train after work. I get off at 6:00 and get to the gym about 7:00 or 7:15 depending on traffic. I actually like it. After I'm done I can get something to eat and then relax a bit before bed.
Is someone here training in the evenings? I am right now in the military but we don't do hard things, and still i need to train in the evenings (And i am kinda tired at evening time so workout feels a little bit hard). So should i keep to train on evenings cause here in the military its the only available time except from friday (then i can train in the morning and feel much more awake)?

I lift in the evenings as well. Train when you can and you'll likely adjust to it and it won't feel like you're tired after awhile.
I train in the evenings as well. Consistency is more important than time of day
7:30 crew checking in. I work 7-4, family time until kids are down at 7, then it’s training time.
Well i guess my body will need to adapt to evening trainings again.
I train during lunch. The Man thinks I am either at my desk or otherwise conducting business.
I train so late at night that I named my garage gym, Late Night Iron. Sometime I'm done training after 10pm.
It can be done. I used to train in my basement across the midnight hour. Sometimes tired enough that I'd start to doze off between sets while sitting on the bench.
Thankfully I don't do that anymore. But it did become routine and I did make progress during that period.
