Ed, if you need coaching, Alex Cibiri owns element cross fit in Mississauga. It's a starting strength (tm) gym, and they are good resource for in person coaching. I'm happy to help as well if you have any questions as you're starting out, though I'm not an ssc. I live in etobicoke. But really, the answer is forum + self study + repetition/experience.
