Your presses are huge. Nice work. Getting sick just sucks, especially cause it messes with your training plans. You've made huge gains in your lifting career. It's pretty awesome to see.
Week 11 of cycle

A bit of an epiphany / no-shit moment for me today. I've never really trained heavy singles before. That's not by design just because of various excuses - being beat up running volume up, just cycling back, etc. So I'm "good" at volume but still learning how to work heavy singles even when they are at weight that I should be able to do based on e1RM's. I guess I didn't put much stock in it since I haven't competed and don't (currently) intend on competing. Anyways, it was just different today.
Squat Rx was 415 for 4 singles today and I was going to ramp up and down but the first single @ 415 felt really good so I stuck with it. 2nd 415 I bottomed out but pushed through fine. Final one was kinda grindy but looking back not that bad. Rest was fine.

Squat: Skipped 330x2x2

BB Rows: 190x6x4
Wanted to get in and out quick so I skipped out on squats. Shame.
Presses: Felt like I had triples at 191.25.

Bench was supposed to be for four sets but my spotter (teenage son) left and I didn't want to risk the 4th set - 3rd went up slow enough to talk myself out of the 4th to lift another day.
PR on DL too just because I haven't handled a lot of low volume heavy stuff (ala previous post about squat). These went up well.
Schedule got a little jacked up this week because of kids, spring break, and getting them places so moved Thursday's workout all the way to today. Next week is a deload week.

Press: 205x1 (PR); 212.5xF - got this 3/4 of the way up, couldn't lock it out
Deadlift: 435x1 (PR); 455xF - probably not waiting enough between these attempts
Again, need to work on singles. Pleased but wanted more.
