This was a good laugh! Plus good info. I've never made a shake with a diet cola but will try it out.
Hope you make more of these....quick vids related to eating tips I mean.

This might just be the last video I ever expected to see from Rip.

My personal favourite is milk + unflavored whey (always unflavored as specified in the vid) + one tablespoon of raw organic cacao powder. Gives a nice, natural chocolate-y flavour.

And here I've been using the lid to the blender like a real grade-A jerkoff. This method is far more efficient, resulting in a 50% reduction of things that need to be washed afterward.

But seriously though, do you include the 75 grams of protein for any other reason than yolo?

Rip has such a TV personality. He could be talking about the weather for an hour and still be entertaining to watch.

My "kinda low carb" shake (the unflavored whey and half and half makes it a bit similar but then again probably not really):

    - 1L Milk
    - 0.25L 36% cream (=that should roughly mix into pretty much the same thing as "half and half"; maybe a little lighter)
    - A couple of scoops of unflavored whey

Should be somewhere in the 1800 - 2000kcal region. A bit creamier than milk, tastes great and delivers roughly the same calories and protein as 3/4 GOMAD with less than half the volume and about 1/3 of the carbs.
