I've recently received a few PM's requesting an updated picture after my "Two Months of SS" thread from last December. This is me getting around to posting a couple.

The First is of Me last September when I met good old Rip. My bodyweight was 175.

The second and third are me semi-recent at my current 235. I'm by no means done, Expect 265 within the year. I plan on lifting as a 275.

Wow... amazing gains. Can i ask what your height is? Also, did you do a gallon of milk a day or just eat a ton?

Seriously, that's impressive. Seriously. And maybe this is a stretch but I think you even look happier in the last two photos if you can tell anything from a picture. What does your daily diet look like?

F*cking gold, man. I am seriously impressed. How did your lifts progress and how do you feel? This was inspiring and I am going to finish off the milk in my fridge.
