I'm about to test 1RMs this coming weekend and wanted to get some insight on tweaking form before I do.

Back squat 300x5 from a couple days ago. +25lb 5RM PR from the previous good run of strength training I did last year.

385 deadlift for a single. Previous 1RM from last year's cycle is 405, I'm hoping to get 425 this go around.

6'1, 202 at the moment for what it's worth. Thanks for the help!

Squat: You are pushing your knees too far out on your descent. Your knees come back into the proper position on the turnaround. Knees should track parallel to your feet. Also, please read the sticky about proper filming for form checks, you are using an angle which will limit the ability of the forum to provide feedback.

DL: Looks fine. It's recommended to provide a set of 5 for form checks.

Thanks for the feedback. I've got several other videos from recent workouts on the YouTube channel, including some side angles and deadlifts with multiple reps.

DL: Have a look at the downwards path of the bar, this should be vertical.
SQ: Your knees are too far outwards, that's why you struggling in getting up. Choose a squat stance which is comfortable for you.
