Getting the hips involved is just tough when it gets heavy. Practice hard during the Warmups and it will get better. Also get your elbows in front of the bar (not excessively) ... That's your bar path issue.
Hey everyone, I've been having a difficult time with my press technique, I can't seem to get enough hips into the movement, and my head and bar bath seems all fucked up. The bar feels like it keeps sinking down farther and my chest keeps dropping during the set how do these look?

Be more violent with your hips. In addition to Deepsky's good advice about getting your elbows in front of the bar at the start position, squeeze your elbows together and keep a proud chest.
