Help advice :)
Hello! Here is a new one, my question will seem strange, but I make a lot of effort to achieve my results.
I want to become a coach, but I have a problem with my back and any loads on it are contraindicated for me. I know all the theories about pumping these muscles, but I can not show all this in practice. My back is not so big because of this, but I can’t do anything about it. The rest of my muscles grow well.
Do I have a chance to become a coach or should I not try?

Liam, you're going to have to train even if you'll never move giant loads, you'll have to have gone through the process yourself before you can effectively coach others. Your back is under load all the time, so your comment doesn't make a lot of sense. What exactly do you have going on?

Do not swear, just did not give details at once, because I thought that there are people with a similar problem. I have scoliosis, some exercises are contraindicated for me.
Several times, when I neglected the doctor's advice about my back wound, it was a terrible pain. For myself, doing a series of exercises that do not engage or minimize the load on the back muscles.

Scoliosis always reminds me of Lamar Gant.
