Yesterday was mainly conditioning.
5x5 squats @ 225# working for depth.
25 reps of the Bear Complex with 30# dumbbells.
Today was more of a light recovery day.
Dips 9, 13, 4. Stopped at 9 thinking I'd do 9,9,8 but decided to go for 13 on second set. Going to work 15+day of the month every day in as few sets as possible. Working to get up to a set of 20.
Lunges 2x13 with 40# dumbbells.
Bench press 10@ 105, 125, 135, 125, 115, 105, 95.
Dumbbell swings since the gym doesn't have a kettlebell. 26 @ 55#.

Worked up to a single , then double at 405#. Working on depth, trying to go at least this heavy for a short set every week to keep from losing the feeling of having heavy weight on my back.
Bench press. Three singles at 225#, three doubles at 205#, three triples at 185#. Pleased as shit with this rep scheme as it is keeping me from injury.
Dumbbell bench, 8@ 70, 65, 60, 10x 55, 50.
Hammer curls 8@ 40, 35, 30.
Went to a different branch of my globo this afternoon. The power rack was about six inches too narrow - having wrist pain on left side and wider grip helps it. Like injury wrist pain, not overuse or something. The power rack sucked so bad I left and went to my regular branch in the evening.
Anyway, that wrist pain limited me on the curls. Holding the dumbbells bothers that wrist to so I went light and cut it short.

Last night did 6x2 box squats at 295# with four risers and a plate. Presses after sucked got 185# then everything sucked. Quit early and left.
Went back tonight to do dips, 8, 10, 8 (hand slipped or I would have gotten 10), 10
Press 3x10@95#
