    Squat: 8x3 @ 350 lbs
The sets got more difficult toward the end, but my form was tight.

    Press: 8x3 @ 132.5 lbs

    Power Clean: 5x3 @ 175 lbs

    Barbell Curls: 3x10

    Looooong workout

    Front Squat: 3x3 @ 250 lbs
    Easy

    Bench Press: 5x3 @ 175 lbs
    Easy

    Good Mornings: 3x8 @ 95 lbs
Adding these in on Wednesday to strengthen my lower back for pulling. Started pretty light because it's a new movement.

    Chinups: 1x10, 1x9, 1x5

    Squat: 1x6 @ 390 lbs
Felt great. My PR is 390x5, so I felt like doing one better today. Reps were fast, and I might have had more in the tank.

    Press: 1x3 @ 147.5 lbs
    Uneventful.

    Deadlift: SHITxSHIT
Tried pulling singles at 375, but I could only get one. This sucks. I don't know what the hell my problem is. I can't to get the fucking lift right. I don't know if it's my belt, my setup, the fact that I'm weak off the floor, I have no clue and it's pissing me off.

    Squat: 8x3 @ 352.5 lbs
    Pretty hard.

    Bench Press: 7x3, 1x1 @ 197.5 lbs
Didn't quite make it, I think I need to back off a little.

    Barbell curls: 3x10

    Olympic lifts practice
Hurt my shoulder trying to snatch 125

Not the best workout I've had

    Front Squats: 3x3 @ 255 lbs
Had a hard time keeping the bar on my shoulders

    Press: 5x3 @ 125 lbs
    Easy

    Good Mornings: 3x10 @ 100 lbs

    Chinups: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6

    Squat: 1x4 @ 395 lbs
I was 99% sure I got 5 reps, but my brother told me I racked it after 4. He then changed his mind and said it was 5, but I can't be sure. This pisses me off.

    Bench: 1x2 @ 215 lbs
Almost got the third rep, but not quite. I think it's time for another round of Smolov Jr.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 335 lbs
Sucked. I think I'll upload a video later.

Edit: Turns out I'm letting the bar roll forward right before I start pulling. That may be one of my main problems.

    Squat: 2-3-5-2-3-5-2-3 @ 355 lbs
Trying out a new volume day rep scheme. Got the idea from a Dan John article. I don't know yet whether I'm going to be doing this regularly. I was really squatting my ass off, but I did all my sets in 20 minutes.

    Press: 2-3-5-2-3-5-2-3 @ 135 lbs
I missed the last rep in the second attempted set of 5.

    Split Jerk: practiced technique

    Barbell Curls: 3x10

    Front Squat: 2x3, 1x2 @ 260 lbs
Couldn't hold the bar, had to dump it on the last rep.

    Bench Press: 5x3 @ 175 lbs

    Chinups: 1x10, 1x6, 1x5

I don't have a whole lot of energy today. It may be because I've spent about 3 hours walking every day this week.

    Squat: 1x5 @ 400 lbs
    New PR, felt great.

    Press: 1x1, 1x2 @ 150 lbs
    Not quite

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 340 lbs
Wasn't perfect, but it was better. Not too comfortable though.
