Squat: 5x5 @ 337.5 lbs
Press: 5/5/5/5/4 @ 112.5 lbs
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 320 lbs
My back is still bugging me a little, and I was kinda worried, but it turned out fine. Squats were hard today. I had some bread with peanut butter before I started, but I threw some of it up after squats. I failed my very last rep for Press. As for the deadlift, form was nothing to write home about, but the weight was easy.
