    Intensity Day

    Squat: 1x5 @ 370 lbs
    I tweaked my back during my last warmup, a single at 325.

    Bench Press: 1x5 @ 180 lbs
    Felt strong.

    Power Clean: 5x3 @ 152.5 lbs
    These were fairly ugly, but they felt stronger than last week.

    Squat: 5x5 @ 337.5 lbs
    Press: 5/5/5/5/4 @ 112.5 lbs
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 320 lbs

    My back is still bugging me a little, and I was kinda worried, but it turned out fine. Squats were hard today. I had some bread with peanut butter before I started, but I threw some of it up after squats. I failed my very last rep for Press. As for the deadlift, form was nothing to write home about, but the weight was easy.

    Chinups: 7/4/3

    Today's not the best day for me. I still feel beat up from saturday, and my left bicep is hurting again.

    Press: 1x5 @ 125 lbs
    Power Clean: 5x3 @ 155 lbs

    Fun workout. Squats were very hard. My back is still bugging me. I think I twisted my back somehow while warming up with 325 last week.

    Squat: 5x5 @ 342.5 lbs
    These went well. It was easier than last week.

    Bench Press: 5/5/5/5/4 @ 167.5 lbs
    My left shoulder started aching so I narrowed my grip a little during the later sets.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 330 lbs

    Very difficult. Threw up after I was done.

    Press: 5x5 @ 115 lbs
    Wasn't so bad.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 340 lbs
    This went terribly. I have no idea why such a simple lift gives me so much trouble. It's very frustrating.

    This was depressingly hard. My hips and thighs are still destroyed from saturday.

    starting strength coach development program

    Squat: 1x5 @ 385 lbs
    This was a true maximum effort set. I really wasn't sure at the time how many reps I did, but eyewitnesses told me it was 5. My eyes were bloodshot afterward.

    Press: 1x5 @ 127.5 lbs
    Nice and heavy.

    Bench Press: 1x1 @ 205 lbs
    This was just for fun.

    Power Clean: 5x3 @ 160 lbs
    Got kinda ugly towards the end.
