    Still undecided on the deadlift. I'm not sure if I'm even beyond the point where basic weekly progression will work, and I'd like to get my deadlift up to 530-540 by June.

    Hamburger, I'm not sure if you agree with me, but I don't think basic weekly progression on the deadlift has ever worked for us.

    You might be right, but I'm not sure. I didn't follow a basic progression that consistently because I was always held back by poor technique. I need to find a plan that can take me to 530-540 by june.
