    Squat: 2-3-5-2-3-5-2-3 @ 357.5 lbs
Fast sets, was done in less than 20 minutes.

    Bench Press: 6x6 @ 157.5 lbs
    Paused these.

    Dumbbell curls: 1x15, 1x10 @ 33 lbs

Was busy throughout most of the day, so I had to take my workout in the evening, much later than usual. I was excited for it all day, just itching to go and lift some heavy weights, so that's exactly what I did. Felt great, but now I'm pretty tired.

    Squat: 2-3-5-2-3-5-2-3 @ 360 lbs
Very hard, the weight felt heavy today. I feel beat up, I'm going to rest for a few, then go back down for the rest of my workout.

    Bench Press: 6x6 @ 167.5 lbs
    Paused

I think you should try to keep your elbows higher on the front squats, maybe you'll be able to keep your back more vertical.

No, I think my elbows are the symptom, rather than the cause. I think the real problem is the fact that my quads are too weak, leading me to use my hips like a back squat, making it harder to keep my elbows up.

    Squat: 1x3 @ 420 lbs
Double bodyweight squat. Last rep was a real grinder.

    Bench Press: 8x4 @ 190 lbs
    Paused.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 350 lbs
Very fast and explosive. Last rep was kinda sloppy. The rest were okay.

    Bench Press: 9x3, 1x2, 1x3 @ 200 lbs
Paused, relaxed at the bottom of the very last rep and missed it.

Edit: In the interest of not being a wimp, I went back down and got my last paused triple.
