another night with the coach for more testing
medium grip starting position high pull snatch - 125 x 5
wide grip starting position high pull snatch - 135 x 5
medium grip full squat press flat foot - 175 x 5
can't remember if i tested on any other exercises.... then worked on technique for about 45 minutes
my clean & jerk is sucking because of my jerk
i can clean a lot more than i can jerk right now
