Congrats on your 1.5 rep PR sking. Def watch those knees though.
Press
95x6
135x4
165x2
185x1
200x1
220x1 +1/2 - PR
I had it in my head that if this went up easily, which it did, that I would touch and go a 2nd rep. I totally couldn't groove that, because I'm not used to touch and go anymore. Still happy with a 5 pound PR. Two wheels is coming. Wouldn't it be cool to bench 3 plates and press 2 next week?
Accessory
Rolling DB: 3x12 w/50's
DB Curls: 3x12 w/40's, strict and fairly slow
Gotta watch my knees here. I may have got a little kick there in the excitement:

Killing it!

Thanks everyone, although I feel like I've disappointed a little bit. I feel good about smashing through the bench and press PR's next though. I don't have my exact plan yet, but I'm looking forward to leaving the lower body frustration behind as I try to rehab this SI thing and go full bro! Have I ever mentioned that I love to bench?
Anyway, weighed in at 192.5 this morning, waist is hovering around 38.5" at the navel. Ultimately want to get that sucker around 36" @ 200 pounds.
Went to the chiro yesterday and got a nice little adjustment. Will go back next Monday after light rehab this week and ice every day.
Deadlift
135x8
225x5
315x8x2
Perfect reps.
Front Squat
75x6
135x5
185x5x2
Circuit x 3, some rest between rounds
GHR: 8
GHD Situps: 10
KB Swings: 10 w/32kg
Ice now.
Was nice that my son was home today. He was pressing and squatting. I've been on him all week, because he HAS to be here Thursday to spot me on the bench, or I'll disown him.

Why the rehab? What happened?
If you just scroll back some, you'll see a lot of low back bitching, but basically been having recurring low back pain for several weeks now. Turns out it's my SI joint, and it's radiating up into my low back. Every time I think it is healed, I injure it again and my deadlift and squat go to hell.
Just needs time to heal. Bench and press are still moving up in the meantime.
