1x145- Another squat PR! This was a 5kg pr like yesterday's. I fs'ed 140 back on may 10th I think, so this had been in the making for almost 4 months. Felt good to blow past it. Now to get my snatch and c&j to reflect these PR's!

3x0x95- 1st attempt was behind me, almost came crashing down on me because I caught with bent arms. 2nd attempt was a pull to hip pockets, 3rd attempt I couldn't get under it fast enough

2x.5x110- 1st jerk I didn't get under, 2nd I had to start to chase and didn't have space in front to get it under control. Cleans were both super easy
0x115- dropped the elbows on the catch and didn't rack it good. Just a lapse of focus

Really good session, was a little sleepy after fs's (weird), so I might try and take a nap here in a little bit. pLanned on snatching 100 today, but it just wasn't there. Once I keep consistently hitting right technique I oughta be hitting 100/115 daily. The strength is for sure there.
