    1x145- Another squat PR! This was a 5kg pr like yesterday's. I fs'ed 140 back on may 10th I think, so this had been in the making for almost 4 months. Felt good to blow past it. Now to get my snatch and c&j to reflect these PR's!

    3x0x95- 1st attempt was behind me, almost came crashing down on me because I caught with bent arms. 2nd attempt was a pull to hip pockets, 3rd attempt I couldn't get under it fast enough

    2x.5x110- 1st jerk I didn't get under, 2nd I had to start to chase and didn't have space in front to get it under control. Cleans were both super easy
    0x115- dropped the elbows on the catch and didn't rack it good. Just a lapse of focus


    Back Squat

    2x130
    1x145
    1x155- pretty smooth and easy
    5x115- fast and easy




    Really good session, was a little sleepy after fs's (weird), so I might try and take a nap here in a little bit. pLanned on snatching 100 today, but it just wasn't there. Once I keep consistently hitting right technique I oughta be hitting 100/115 daily. The strength is for sure there.

    Thanks! Felt a lot tougher than it looked. Just gotta get my wimpy clean up now and make the F. sq. of some value to me

    1x130-went up fairly easy
    1x140- this was easier than I expected
    0x150- took a PR attempt, was just too heavy today. 2 singles at 135-140 next time


    Snatch
    warm-up x20, x40
    2x1x60- 1st felt bad, took it again & it felt really good
    1x70
    1x80
    2x1x85
    1x90-felt smooth, was gonan do 2 in a row before I moved on
    3x0x90
    1x90- felt good this time
    3x0x95-kept leaving it in front


    C&J

    .5x110- missed jerk, was gassed by this time


    Back Squat

    1x160- stopped there.
    5x120- felt a little heavy, slower than it should be


    Pretty good workout overall.
    Hit 90/100 (with a 110 clean). with front & back squats only 5kg away from PR's. Nto a bad. My strength is alot better, keep pushing through on the classic lifts. I know I'm just a little away from huge PR's....

    1x150- slightly tough. Was good for 160, but stopped here since I plan on squatting heavy again later. Starting to work into 2/day lifting on some days

    Took somewhere from 15-20 mins including taking off the "spotter catches" before and puttign them back after and gettign the bar and plates out to lift, and put back after. Was very quick

    Will lift again probably around 1 or 2

    1x160- felt kinda tough, but good. Got it on vid.


    Power Snatch

    Snatch- was feeling good with powers, so I kept adding weright
    1x90- was tough, but I got under it
    2x0x95- 1st went behind, 2md in front
    1x95- did this immediately after the 2nd attempt at it, just need to finish pull at I got under it good
    2x0x95- tried 2 mroe times and it just wasn't happening


    Power C&J
    warm-up x60
    1x80
    2x1x95- 1st jerk was ugly, second was spot on
    1x100- tough p.clean


    C&J
    2x.5x105- missed the jerk both times. cleans were tough and I had no gas for the jerk


    Front Squat

    2x120- this was really tough... stopped there


    Push Press

    That was it.

    hit 95/100 on the day for a 195 training total. 110 c&j's need to become a daily habit now. nothign else to say. Have to do a tutor training for 6 hours tomorrow, so I'll probably get up early and do some quick squatting, then try and get in another session tomorrow afternoon sometime

    1x90- left elbow was soft on jerk lockout
    .5x100- was absolutely too tired for the jerk
    0x100- misracked the clean, stopepd the workout there


    Was just a little too early today after going to a football game last night. Got about 6-6.5 hrs sleep, and still am not fully awake even now.
    have a "tutor training" workshop in a little bit (for 6 hours)... then I might try and go squat again, or just get lots of rest and being lazy

    1x160- came up a little bit slower
    0x170- got a little bit of a bounce coming out of the hole, but I didn't get much besides that

    1x80-got under pretty quick, felt good

    1x100- left elbow wasn't locked out, but I kept it from quivering- so in a meet it'd be the judge's discretion


    Front Squat- was having a little bit of lumbar pain on the right side, happens occasionally on front squats

    5x100- was sucking air after this

    That was it. Under an hour, was trying to be pretty fast-paced for a late workout. Felt a little slow at the beginning because of the day off
    Will try to get in 7-8 session this week, and ~10-11 next week (high intensity), and then start a taper the week after next (have a meet on Oct. 8th

    2x1x80- 2nd rep I sat in the bottom, then tried to duck walk. lost it forward on the step, but had I not tried that it was easy up

    3x(.5)x105- missed the jerk because of left elbow first 2 times, 3rd time I couldn't even try to get under

    Decent session- was more of a medium session as far weights go. Shouldn't have been missing the 105 jerks, but I still need to become more consistent with the c&j as a whole.
    Assuming I get to lift again this afternoon- plan on going heavy on the classic lifts, and throw in a set or two fo pull-ups after all the other lifts are done
