Leg press machine - a lot of single leg work, then tried a new narrow stance with feet lower on the sled to get a little more quad involvement. Up to 400x20. Was a lot of sets total. Wanted to see how the knee would handle it (a little more inflamed than usual in the days after).
Then did some curls and arm wrestling work.

Rows 135 3x10
-Presses are starting to click again. Going to pull heavy on Thursday if my legs are up for it. I go on vacation Friday and won’t be able to train again until the following Thursday. I need to listen to my body, though. If I start warming up on Thursday and it’s not there, I’ll shut it down.
