That's the spirit - you'll pull it. Mind over iron!

    I did it!

Might want to turn down the volume. My form isn't great.

Will keep the weight as is for a few sessions, get my form better, then start increasing again.

I'm just puzzled that someone likes yonkyo.

    Congrats on the DL!

What is there not to like? Crippling nerve pain and stellar bruises the next day (and if you're lucky a huge bump to go with it!). Only a select few can find my nerves so I'm pretty much the evil bugger who manages cripple everyone else. Good times.

Haha, I like your attitude. What style of aikido? I train what is basically Yoshinkan.

Iwama, so lots of focus on weapons and kihon techniques.

    Saturday 11/02/12

    Squat:
    1x10x44
    1x5x88
    1x5x110
    3x5x137.5
Still working on getting my knees to stay out.

    Bench:
    1x15x44
    1x5x66
    1x5x88
    1x5x104.5
    1x5x110
    1x3x115.5
1x0x126.5 - failed, swore at the bar. Did get an extra rep at 110, and an extra 2 at 115.5 so can't really complain, but I really wanted it!

    PowerCleans:
    Warmed up with 66lbs
A bunch of singles at 88, 99, 104.5 (PR) and 110 (PR). Explosiveness increased slightly by sitting on my heels more and yelling as I jump. Very pleased that I racked 110, though my technique still needs a lot of work.
