    Bench: 95 x 5, 120 x 5, 140 x 3, 155 x 5, 175 x 5, 200 x 7, 120 x 10 x 5
    Chins: BW x 14, 13, 9

    Squat: 145 x 5, 185 x 5, 220 x 3, 235 x 5, 275 x 5, 310 x 7 rep PR

That's kind of a cheap PR, because I haven't really done any 7's before, but I'll take it. More importantly, I felt NO pain in my hamstring today! I think I'm finally starting to move beyond that setback. Now, I just need to trust it and allow myself to put out a good effort on squats and deadlifts going forward.

    4/2/13

    Press: 60 x 5, 75 x 5, 85 x 3, 100 x 3, 115 x 3, 130 x 7 rep PR, 75 x 10 x 5
    Chins: BW x 14 x 3

It's another cheesy PR, because I haven't really done any 7's before, but it's better than nothing. The presses felt out of position forward, and I felt like I was mistiming the hips at the start. It was almost like I was balking and double bouncing it out of the bottom. It felt very strange. I was very happy with the chins. They have been progressing nicely. I hope that in another few sessions I'll be able to chin three sets of 15. That's been a goal for a while. After that, dare I shoot for three sets of 20?

Those are some impressive chin up numbers! Do you ever go weighted?

Edit: oh boy this was my 1000th post!

Thanks. I've played around with weighted chins before, but I haven't done any recently. Right now, I just keep adding one rep per session, so next session will be BW x 15, 14, 14. It's working so far, so I'm going to stick with it until it stops.

    Deadlift: 145 x 5, 185 x 5, 220 x 3, 255 x 3, 290 x 3, 330 x 7 rep PR, 185 x 10 x 2
    Abmat situps: 20, 10, 3
    Conditioning: 30 yard wind sprints x 10

These "PRs" are kind of funny. My best five reps is 390, so I'm still a long way away from where I need to be, but I was happy that the hamstring didn't really bother me. This was my first time doing abs in about a year, so I took it pretty easy. My abs started to cramp on the second and third set, so I'll probably be sore tomorrow anyway. I was also happy to be able to run a bit. My leg feels much better.

    Bench: 95 x 5, 120 x 5, 140 x 3, 165 x 3, 190 x 3, 210 x 7 rep PR, 120 x 10 x 5
    Chins: BW x 15, 14, 14

My back felt a little funny on the benches, but they all went up. The chins felt really heavy at first, but they were all there as well. I'm looking forward to not working this weekend. I'm going to catch up on eating and sleeping.

    Squat: 145 x 5, 185 x 5, 220 x 3, 255 x 3, 290 x 3, 330 x 6 rep PR

The gym closed around me, so I cut the session short. I'm on the night page tomorrow, so I'll try to train in the morning and make up the lost volume.

    Press: 60 x 5, 75 x 5, 85 x 3, 110 x 5, 125 x 3, 140 x 6 rep PR, 75 x 10 x 5
    Chins: BW x 15, 15, 14

This feels like an actual rep RP. My previous bests were 140 x 5 on 2/22/13 and 142.5 x 4 on 3/9/13. I was also excited about the chins. I can taste 3 x 15.

    Deadlift: 145 x 5, 185 x 5, 220 x 3, 275 x 5, 310 x 3, 345 x 7 rep PR, 185 x 10 x 3
    Abmat situps: 20, 15
Conditioning: Prowler until I got tired

The deadlifts felt pretty easy today. I probably could have lifted it 9 or 10 times if I really pushed it.
