Sumo Deadlifts: up to 315x4x4
Back raises: 3 sets 15 reps
Leg curls: 75 reps

Your training looks solid. I'm trying to get stronger now but hoping to do some comps this summer. What weight class do you compete in? Good luck with your comeback.

I compete in the open pro. My training right now is more of an accumulation block. I.E. prep work for the heavy stuff to come.
My planned competitions right now are the Shreveport, LA pro-am on May 12, America's Strongest Man on July 21, and a Strongman Champions League show in Finland on August 12.

I took a couple of days off from training as I was feeling beat up and I was going on a small vacation. The weights felt pretty fast today. I trained at Xtreme Fitness in Durant, OK. They had no problem with me deadlifting and had a couple of decent bars available.
