    Snatch
    50 reps – Do what you have to do to make this happen. – You can do any type of snatch e.g. full from mid-shin, full from hip, power below the knee. THE ONLY RULE: You have think about what you are going to do before you set up for it.

    Clean 25 reps (same as for snatch)

    Jerk 25 reps - all the same

    Clean & Jerk 25 reps – (No clean variations)

    Worked up to 38kg. I missed a few, but kept trying until I got it.

    Once my BW reaches 70kg, I’m starting the long process of the Bulgarian training.

    Today was a good day.
