Maryland States - USAPL
Competed 198 - weighed in at 195. Afternoon session, so weigh-ins were at 1230. Ran late - didn't start Deads until 7:30 pm. For a morning/early afternoon lifter, this definitely affected me.
Squat - 363, 402, 407 (miss)
Bench - 265, 275, 280
Dead - 440, 460 (miss), 460 (miss)
Pleased with my Squat and Bench, but disappointed in my Dead. The first 460 came up to my knees but I couldn't lock it out and the second barely got off the floor. By the time Deadlift started, I just wasn't feeling it and was pretty much drained. The 402 Squat and 280 Bench were both meet PR's.

Took 3.5 weeks off after the meet... starting very light to get back into it. Probably gonna run SS for a few weeks and then get back on Texas Method. I'm in no rush as I'm likely not doing another meet until next November.
