    Obviously being fat doesn't help things like dips or Pullups. But I am committed to keep working them or die in the process. I kind of hate the rogue dip attachment it just feels too wide. So the other dip station we have is more narrow but short so I have to cross my legs behind me. But whatever we'll make it work.

    Back on a more general Hypertrophy split. Kind of burnt out on stressing about PL style training. Dips saw a noticeable jump though!
