    CGBP - 45x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x8x3
    Chins - BWx8x3

    First day back lifting post-meet. Felt really good after the meet, but definitely felt a little fatigued today in the gym. Squats and pulls will be later in the week.

    Not very surprising that you're still not 100% recovered from those hyooge lifts.

    Dr. John, Congrats on your performance. I regret I could not attend the meet and cheer everyone on. I am back in some what of a training routine, modified for a geezer. I am making good progress on my restart. Your coaching recommendations are helping me. Thanks again.
