    P. Clean - worked up to 235x3x5
    Squat - 45x5x2, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 374x1x2, 405x1, 440x1x5

    Trained in the city with Josh, Shelley, and Nick. A huge thank you to Josh and Shelley for having myself and my girlfriend at their facility. They are both fantastic coaches and were a huge help to Rori and I. My cleans did not feel great as I was working to correct a few technical errors in my form that Josh and Shelley spotted. My squats were SLOW, but I made all five reps. Pretty happy with this considering 440 was my third attempt squat at my meet in November.

    Chins - BWx5, BW+42.5x5, 5, 4, BWx8


    Nothing crazy today. Bench felt good. First time I am doing back-off sets in a long time and my endurance is terrible. Looking forward to my deadlift workout on Thursday.

    Light Squat - 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 325x5x3
    Deadlift - 135x3, 185x3, 225x3 (p. cleaned these), 275x3, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 455x7, 365x10

    Good workout today. Squats felt really good, I used one of the cues Josh gave me on Saturday and it has really helped. 455 on the deadlift was a grind but I am happy with the seven reps.

    Quick one today. Everything felt good. Probably was a little conservative with the press, all of the singles felt fast and easy.

    Not a great day today. I have been working on some form issues with my power clean so I decided to do singles on the minute. I thought for sure that I would have five or six reps on the squat, disappointed with this but I am confident next time will be better.

    Not a great day today. Was planning on pulling 500 for 5 singles across but after the third single, I decided to drop down to 475 for the final two. Disappointed with this.

    Not a bad day today, presses felt good except for the fact that I have no endurance for back-off sets. The weights always feel light but anything over five reps and I start gasping for air like I am doing a set of twenty rep squats. It is actually pretty funny.

    Trained with Nick today. Did not feel very explosive doing my cleans but most of the reps with 240 felt pretty good. I was hoping for a little better performance on the squat. My first three reps went really well and the fourth was a total grind with 415. Overall, not a terrible day but could have been better.
