Wow Josh. Your bench really has cone a long way. Can't wait to train together in less than two weeks! Tell Shelley to start a log....

    Thanks Gillian.

She is having a lot of trouble eating and training consistantly. Hopefully after our trip to Texas she can get a better game plan going for both. She is working her butt of and unable to get enough to eat. She is having trouble sleeping too. Well talk when we get to Texas. Cant wait to see you guys and train with everyone.

    9-24-12
Snatch up to 235 for a single. Tried 245 and found myself flat on my ass because I couldnt move my feet. It felt easy.

    Press 215 2x3
    205 2x4 RPE 7

    Floor Press 265 2x5 RPE 8.5

    Pull-ups 1x10

Elbow was better but still not 100% so I did 1 set of 20 on Lat pull downs. It feels better after that.
    Now time to eat.

Yesterday was a mess. I wasnt able to eat as much as I needed to and was rushed through my workout.

Deadlift 525x1 pretty easy. Tried 575 and pulled it fast to my knees where I held it for about 5 seconds without it moving. I should have had but I know Ill get it next time.

Front squat was equally bad. I hit 405 for a single and was done. I had nothing else in me that day.

    Horrible training day for me.

I finished the day off with lunges, back ext., unweighted squats, and situps. 10x10

That was relativily easy but felt good to do after the other two weak showings.

    Tomorrow will be better.

    Eating is everything. EVERYTHING.

I have had the same difficulties, life gets in the way and then I am in a bad spot.

    Next time...

Yeah Mac you are right. I plan on eating more when we get back to Texas. I will have some great training sessions there.

    Today:
CGB max out at 315 x1
    225x 14

    Circuit:
Hammer Curls (20lb DB), Push-up, Reverse Curl(empty bar), Dips
    3x10-15

Elbow felt better after the curls.

    20lbs on the hammer curls?

    Seriously?

    I thought I was a wimp when I did Matt's Craziness.

    Come on!! Gillian uses 30lbs...
