Seen in the gym today: trap bar deadlifts done standing on a Bosu ball. For fuck's sake.

Chins: 10, 10, 6, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 3
Dips: 5x10
The 505x1 was somewhat sloppy, but still came up easy.

The gym is closed Thursday and Friday, so I have to train three days in a row.
Olympic Squats: 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 365x3, 405x2
Push Press: 210x5, 235x3, 265x2, 275x0
Good Morning: 135x8, 45x2x25
Curls: 95x3x10

Front Squat: 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 365x1
Press: 195x5, 210x3, 220x3, 230x1
Deadlift: 410x5, 465x3, 520x3
I am not entirely happy with these presses.
Nor with these pulls. But I am happy that I resisted the urge to push the deadlifts harder than I did. Training like this three days in a row was rough.
