    My father died on Jan 20th after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Although it was expected, it was still tough news. His last several months were pretty awful, as can be expected for anyone that is suffocating to death over months.

    I didn't feel up to my normal dynamic effort lower body session today. I just went for some quick multi-rep pr's and got out of there. Have to travel for several days for the funeral.
