Deadlift @ 475 lbs- 1. Pretty tough. I'm switching deadlifts at this point to 10 lb/5 lb jumps.
Deadlifts @ 370 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Pretty tough by last set.

Press @ 200 lbs- 1. Pretty tough. I was hoping for 2 but couldn't get 2nd going.
Press @ 155 lbs- 4,4,4,7. Pretty tough last set.
Chins @ bodywt- 14,14,10.
Situps w/ 10 lbs- 15, 12, 10. Abs pretty sore.

I'm going to miss a few workouts so I combined squats and bench day and dropped the accessories.
Squat @ 405 lbs- 1. Ok.
Squat @ 342 lbs- 4,4,4,4. Little tough on last set but close to ok.
Bench @ 315 lbs- 1. Ok.
Bench @ 262 lbs- 4,4,4,4. Ok.

Bodywt @ 225 lbs ( I weighed in at 228 yesterday. Guess I gained some some weight while traveling.)
Deadlift @ 445 lbs- 1. Ok.
Deadlift @ 375 lbs- 4,4,4,4. Ok.

Bodyweight @ 220 lbs (I ate too much Mexican food on Saturday and ate very little yesterday).
Squat @ 435 lbs- 1 -PR (unwrapped). This was tough. Depth was fine but it was slow and not great form.
Squats @ 345 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Tough by last set.
Paused Squats off pins @ 215 lbs- 5,5,5. Very tough and tiring.
Hang. Leg Raises- 7,7,7. Exhausted by this point.

Thanks! I did get 205 kg (452 lbs) at my last meet but that was with knee wraps which I feel add about 20 lbs to my squat. I'd really love to push my wrapped squat up to 500 lbs but I've got a long ways to go still.

Bench @ 335 lbs-1. Pretty tough as it was slow but mostly I think my setup was a little off with an uneven bar path.
Bench @ 265 lbs -4,4,4,6. Pretty tough by last set. Probably had another rep or 2 in the tank but I didn't have a spotter on last set.
Close grip bench @ 180 lb- 10,10,10. Tough by last set.
Dips w/ 35 lbs- 15,15,15. Sore triceps by this point.

Congrats on the PR squat. I should have tried 435 on Saturday instead of 455. I totally blew it. Oh well, 4 weeks and try again. You were not kidding when you said our numbers were close!
