    Bodyweight @ 214 lbs

Bench x 5 @ 285 lbs, 255 lbs. These were fine- almost easy except last rep slowed a bit at 285. Hopefully back up to PR's in about 2 weeks on bench.

    Deadlift iso's @ 265 lbs- 4 positions. These were a little tough.

Dips w/ 80 lbs -7,7,7. These were a little tough.

    Kroc Rows w/ 85 lbs- 12 reps/arm. Ok.

Squat x 5 @ 365 lbs, 330 lbs. 365 was pretty tough- mostly because bar was slipping down back after 2nd rep. I managed to finish set and rack it, which was not easy. About 3 months ago I had the bar slip down my back so far I couldn't rack it because I couldn't reach the pins.

    Press x 5 @ 135 lbs- 2 sets. Easy.
Press isos w/ 135 lbs. 4 positions. These were hard. This was a 10 lb jump from last press iso workout and it was probably too much as I was very lightheaded and my head hurt after each position. I'll keep it at this weight next time.

Chins w/ 45 lbs- 5,5,5. Some kipping but otherwise ok.

Deadlifts x 5 @ 405 lbs, 345 lbs. 405 was pretty tough as the last rep was slow. 345 was ok.

    Bench x 5 @ 235 lbs- 3 sets- ok.

Bench iso's with 195 lbs- 3 positions. Ok.

Situps with 25 lbs - 8,8,8, Pretty tough.

    Press x 5 @ 182 lbs PR, 162 lbs. 182 was pretty tough. 162 easy.

    Squats x 5 @ 320 lbs (3 sets). Ok

Squat iso's @ 215 lbs. 3 positions. Very hard. On 2nd position I didn't get right foot placement and almost fell over. I adjusted feet but then couldn't maintain it for more than a few seconds due to fatigue. I am having a very hard time getting into position on squats.

Hang. Leg Raises- 8,8,6. Lats were the limiting factor here by the 3rd set.

    Bodyweight At 216 lbs.

    Bench x 5 @ 290 lbs, 255 lbs. 290 was a little tough. 255 was ok.

Deadlift iso's @ 275 lbs- 4 positions. Very tough on lowest position. Since the rack doesn't have holes until close to mid-shin I use a platform on the lowest setting so it ends up being a deficit start. The other 3 positions were ok.

Dips w/ 80 lbs- 9,7,7, Hard- I only had a few minutes in between sets due to gym crowding and it made it much harder on 2nd and 3rd sets.

    Kroc rows w/ 85 lbs- 15 reps/arm. Pretty tough.

Press isos w/ 135 lbs- 4 positions. Pretty tough. Very lightheaded during all positions.

Deadlifts x 5 @ 415 lbs, 350 lbs. 415 was tough but doable without hitching. 350 was ok.

    Bench x 5 @ 240 lbs (3 sets). Ok.

Bench isos w/ 205 lbs. 3 positions. Pretty tough.

Situps w/ 25 lbs- 10,10. No time for 3rd set.

I have had bad cold so haven't slept well for last few nights. I thought about taking the day off but knew that I couldn't fit in session the following day because of holiday so decided to get it done.

Press x 5 @ 185 lbs PR, 165 lbs. Both were pretty tough, 165 because I almost fell backward on 1st rep and recovering took quite a bit out of me.

    Squats x 5 @ 325 lbs- 3 sets. Reasonably tough.
Squat isos w/ 225 lbs. Pretty tough. I found it easier to get into start by backing in under the bar this time.

I skipped hang leg raises due to gym crowding and being exhausted (probably due to lack of sleep).

I still have bad cold and haven't gotten much sleep.

Bench x 5 @ 295 lbs PR, 255 lbs. I had the same bro spot experience again where bro started to grab bar on 4th rep when it slowed a little. I told him I had it and he grabbed it again on 5th rep. However, based on how rep 4 felt, I'm pretty confident I would have had 5th rep so I'll count it. I'll microload from here so it will be pretty obvious if I only could do 4 reps at 295.

Deadlift isos w/ 280 lbs- 4 positions. Ok.

    Dips w/ 80 lbs- 10,10,10. Pretty tough.

    Kroc rows w/ 90 lbs- 10 reps/arm. Ok.

Overall I was surprised at how well this workout went considering the lack of sleep.
