    Press @ 175 lbs-6
    Press @ 177 lbs-6
Press @ 190 lbs-6 PR by 10 lbs. I intended to do 4 reps as that would have been a small pr but it didn't seem that bad so I continued to get rep 5 and then rep 6. Clearly my press is going up. Rep 6 was RPE 10.
    Press @ 185 lbs-6 RPE 9.5

    Deadlifts @ 405 lbs-6,6
Deadlifts @ 415 lbs-6,6 RPE 9.5 I should note here that while my RPE on the last set felt like a 9.5, my first 2 sets were real fast, which means I'm really just getting fatigued by the end. After my 1st set, I overheard a guy I know at the gym (who has pulled 500 lbs) saying to his friend, "Did you see him explode off the floor with 405?"

    Pin Press @ 295 lbs-5,5
    Pin Press @ 300 lbs-5 RPE 9.5

    Squat @ 385 ls-3
    Squat @ 405 lbs-3,3
Squat @ 415 lbs-3 RPE 9.5 Some form breakdown on last set but no doubts that I'd get it.

    Bench,1st rep paused @ 315 lbs-3
    Bench,1st rep paused @ 325 lbs-3
Bench, 1st rep paused @ 337 lbs-3 PR RPE 9.5 Although it's only a 2 lb pr, that previous pr was all touch and go and not part of sets across with similar weight, so I'm making some progress.
    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 325 lbs-3 RPE 9.5

    Chins, 5 min block-10,9,6,5,5,4 Total 39 reps.

    Press @ 185 lbs-3
    Press @ 195 lbs-3
Press @ 207 lbs-2 PR. 2nd rep didn't feel that bad so I tried to get a 3rd but no dice. Still a PR at 2 reps with Rpe 9.5.
    Press @ 205 lbs-3 PR RPE 10

    Deadlifts @ 445 lbs-2
    Deadlifts @ 455 lbs-2,2
Deadlifts @ 470 lbs-2 RPE 9.5 Pretty tired by this point and gym was very hot.

    Dips w/ 90 lbs-11,11,12 Rpe 10

    Squats @ 325 lbs-8,8,8
Squats @ 330 lbs-8 RPE 9.5 These really sucked. The gym was hot again as I think they are keeping it warmer to save money on air conditioning. By the last set, I was just beat. It's really the fatigue that does me in on sets of 8, because the bar speed stays pretty quick right to the end.

    Bench @ 275 lbs-8
    Bench @ 280 lbs-8,8
Bench @ 285 lbs-8 RPE 9 Squat fatigue made these feel real grindy, even though I had a rep or so left in the tank.

Chins w/ 45 lbs-5,5,6 Minimal/no kipping with probably an RPE 9.5 on last set.

    Press @ 160 lbs-8
    Press @ 162 lbs-8,8
Press @ 165 lbs-8 RPE 9. Last set felt the best, largely because I was just more aggressive with the weights.

    Deadlift @ 370lbs-6
    Deadlift @ 375 lbs-6,6
Deadlift @ 380 lbs-6 RPE 9.5 Exhausted by the end.

    Floor press @ 245 lbs-10
    Floor press @ 250 lbs-10,10 RPE 9.5

I think they really suck while you're doing them but it's a great way to add lots of volume. I generally am sticking with 4 sets right now, and I'm exhausted and wheezing by the end of the last set. I don't know how Karl does so many sets of 8's at his work weights. I figure he must be at least half superhero.

    Squats @ 365 lbs-6,6
Squats @ 370 lbs-6,6 RPE 9.5 Gym still too hot.

    Bench @ 295 lbs-6
    Bench @ 300 lbs-6,6
Bench @ 305 lbs-6 RPE 9 Last set probably felt the best, likely because I took a longer rest before it.

Press @ 175 lbs-6. I was wearing my deadlifting shoes, which are wrestling shoes, instead of my olympic lifting shoes. I thought it wouldn't matter much on press but it threw my form and balance way off.
Press @ 185 lbs-5. I couldn't even get the 6th rep done on this set which was 5 lbs less than 2 weeks ago.
Press @ 180 lbs-6,6 RPE 10. next time I'l make sure to wear my regular shoes for pressing.

    Deadlifts @ 405 lbs-4
    Deadlift @ 416 lbs-4,4
Deadlift @ 426 lbs-4 RPE 9.5 I was using heavy screw on collars that weigh 5 kilos total which is why the weights are funky. At least I had the right shoes on.

    Pin press @ 306 lbs-5,5,5 RPE 9.5

I was a bit rushed on this session due to time constraints.

Squats @ 395 lbs-3 I felt very stiff on this set and I'm not sure my depth was there. I could have used an extra warmup set.
    Squats @ 405 lbs-3,3
Squats @ 415 lbs-3 RPE 9 Last set felt the best.

    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 320 lbs-3
    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 330 lbs-3
Bench, 1st rep paused @ 340 lbs-3 PR RPE 9. Really not that bad.
    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 325 lbs-3 RPE 9

Chins-16,12 Normally I'd do a 5 minute block but I had to work in around some guy's tricep pushdowns so just did a couple of sets and called it good.
