    Bodyweight @211 lbs

    Squat @ 370 lbs- 3. Ok.
Squat x 5 @ 335 lbs- 2 sets. Pretty tough. I'm not sure if I need more time between workouts as I didn't feel fully recovered. I've always had at least 48 hours in between, all the way back to starting strength.

Deadlift @ 405 lbs- 3. Pretty tough. My lats were very sore by this point. I'm guessing it's due to chins yesterday, the fact that I worked out yesterday or a combination of both.
Deadlifts x 5 @ 315- Ok, although lats very sore.

    Got some conditioning work in.

    Prowler w/ 140 lbs- 3 lengths.

I received my farmer's walk implements. I'll put up pictures later. They are very well made. I tried them out with 115 lbs per arm- ok.

At $109 paypal ($105 money order), including shipping, it's hard to beat. I considered making my own out of wood or a weldless build from black steel, but after pricing it out it only looked like I'd be saving $40-$50, and I'm sure these will be much more professional. Do you have the 10" log? I'm considering getting one but I'm waiting a little bit to space out all the purchases as it's getting a little pricey. I've had to buy weights, prowler knockoff from Dick's and the farmer's implements. I'm still going to make my own sandbag and see if I can find a tire.
Yeah, his prices are pretty good and the pieces are solid. He ships fast too-- quick gratification with new gym toys

We have a 12" log-- 90 empty. My only complaint is the fairly rough edge around the handle holes. We filed it down a bit, but my forearms still get pretty banged up. We've gone to putting pipe insulation on it and that helps. Got the idea from a friend who has the same log, same problem.

Power Cleans w/ 3 presses after each clean @ 135 lbs- 3 sets. Ok although I need lots of work on form. This was 1st time I've tried to do cleans.
Multiple Cleans w/ single press @ 135 lbs. These get tiring pretty quick.

    Dips w/ 45 lbs- 10. Easy
    Dips w/ 90 lbs- 5, 7. Ok.

Hang Leg Raises- 5,5,7. Ok although my lats are very sore.

I'm wondering if this setup is going to work with three days in a row and squats/deads on a single day. I'll give it a few weeks and see how I adjust to it.

    Bodyweight @ 218 lbs

I was out of town from May 2-May 6th eating way too much restaurant food. When I weighed myself this morning I saw I gained about 7 lbs.

    Bench @ 300 lbs- 3. Ok.
    Bench x 5 @ 270 lbs- 3 sets. Fine.

Chins w/ 45 lbs- 5,5,4. Some kipping. Seemed pretty tough but no surprise since I essentially added 7 lbs to this exercise since last week.

    Weighted Situps w/ 35 lbs- 3,2. Tough.
Weighted situps w/ 25 lbs- 7. Pretty tough.

I have felt sick last few days- probably just a cold coming on but not much sleep.

    Squat @ 375 lbs- 3. Ok.
Squat x 5 @ 340 lbs- 2 sets. Ok, although shoulders and hips are a little sore for some unknown reason.

    Deadlift @ 415 lbs- 3. Ok.
    Deadlift x 5 @ 325 lbs- 1 set. Ok.

    Bodyweight 217 lbs

    Fat Bar Clean/push press 3 times @ 155 lbs- 2 sets- ok.

Farmers Walk w/ 125 lbs- 50 ft, turn then 50 feet- 2 sets. Ok.

Prowler with 135 lbs- 35 feet then turn and 35 feet- 3 runs. Tiring.

I put a sandbag together with army duffel and 120 lbs water softener salt. I would guess total weight around 130 lbs. It was tough just to put together. Not easy to lift but it was fine after I got it up to my chest.

Press @ 165 lbs- 3. Ok although right shoulder a little sore.
Press x 5 @ 145 lbs- 2 sets. Ok but with sore shoulder.

Hang. Leg Raises- 9,9,9. Little Tough.

    Dips w/ 90 lbs- 7,7,7. Pretty tough.

I am flipping Mondays and Wednesday because I think doing bench/chins the day prior to squats/deadlifts wasn't working.

    Squat @ 380 lbs- 3. Ok.
    Squat x 5 @ 345 lbs-2 sets. Ok although tiring.

Deadlift @ 425 lbs- 3. A little tough but mostly ok. Warmed up with a double overhand grip for a rep at 315 lbs- not bad. Grip strength is definitely improving.
    Deadlift x 5 @ 335 lbs. Ok.

Bench @ 305 lbs- 3. A little tough as I'm still sore from Mondays press/Dips.
Bench x 5 @ 275 lbs- 2 sets. Ok but pretty sore so skipped last set.

Chins w/ 45 lbs- 5,5,3. Minimal kipping. I had to cut rest time short after 2nd set.

Weighted situps with 25 lbs- 10,10. Ok but sore.
