    Thanks robis! I am feeling really strong in my squat these days, despite the knee funk. I'm very excited for Nationals.

    Sunday 6/15/14 coach Alissa And she had multiple PRs on the DL 280x1 and 245,255,265x3. She is officially ahead of where my deadlift was at this time last summer! At 111lb! She's a rockstar.

    Then GPP 20s rest/40s work x9
    Seated row 70lb
    Face pulls 25lb
    Lat pull down 70lb
    Holy burn about 12-16 reps per interval

    Conditioning followed

    Monday 6/16/14

    Pause Squat 205,225,245,235x3 errectors on fiyaaaa

    Board Press with yoga block (thanks Lorraine!) 155,165,170,162.5x6

    Press 80,90,100,95x6

    Oh my triceps.

    Been MIA. While I was gone... 280x3 squat, 365x3 sumo.170x3 bench.

    24 days till USAPL nationals.

    Tonight...
    Pause squats 225,250,260,250x3 no belt

    Yoga block bench 155,165,175,185x5 nice and fast...190 was fast for the first four reps and I failed immediately on the 5th oh well still pretty happy!

    Press 85,95,105,100x5

    Squat 255x1@7, 270x1@8, 255x3@7, 270x3@8, 285x3@9, 270x3@9

    Bench bummed 165x1@7, 175x1@7, 180x1@8, 160x3@7, 170x3@9 was expecting this to be an 8, 160x3@8.5

    Morbidly exhausted

    2" block pulls and didn't have my straps 275x3@?, 315x3@9, 300x3@? Shot

    First time deadlifting first thing in the AM for as long as I can remember. So I'll take what I can get!

    Wiped. I've eaten all my carbs +5 grr hahaha
